Teaching Personnel (TP) is probably the only major national supply teacher agency lacking a large teacher recruitment infrastructure in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Canada. This omission has meant that unfortunately TP has not historically recruited as many teachers from those countries as it would have wished.
TP is now the UK's fastest growing teacher supply agency. This position requires us to continually recruit quality teachers in order to meet our schools' requirements. Our reason for targeting the Antipodean, Canadian and South African teacher markets is because of the historic reputation that these teachers have for being well received and respected in UK schools.
To achieve our introduction to the above markets TP is offering a £1,000 payment for the successful recruitment or re-introduction of any supply teacher from these countries. The only conditions for this payment are:
The sum will be paid on the first day of the (UK) summer holiday period after that teacher has completed 100 days working on supply as a teacher through TP, between September 1st 2005 and August 1st 2008.
This payment will have no impact whatsoever on the pay rate that TP offers to any teachers. The funds to pay this recruitment fee come exclusively from TP's recruitment budget. Other agencies are spending equivalent amounts on expensive staff, premises and advertising overseas. TP has decided to allocate these funds directly to the teachers instead.
