By Rail

10 minute walk from Piccadilly railway station (when leaving the station, please use the Fairfield Street Exit), or a 2 minute walk from Oxford Road railway station. There is also a Metroshuttle bus service providing a free link from NCP car parks and rail stations. The bus is opposite the office entrance.

M62 – from the North West

• M62 come off at Junction 18 onto the M60. M60 come off at first exit, Junction 19.
• Take A576 signposted Manchester City Centre. Continue along A576 past Heaton Park public house and past Bowker Vale Station.
• Cross over junction with A665. At next junction with A6010 turn right, signposted Preston.
• At junction with A56 turn left signposted Manchester. At Junction with ring road A6042 turn right, signposted Liverpool.
• Continue over two junctions. Turn right into Deansgate, signposted Liverpool M62, Stretford.
• At junction with A57(M) turn left, signposted Birmingham. Leave A57 (M) at junction with A5103 (very quickly) following signpost for Chester.
• At roundabout take the A5103/Whitworth Street (1st exit and signposted St Peter's Square) proceeding right at the lights on to Whitworth Street West.
• At the next junction cross over Oxford Street A34 into Whitworth St and Bridgewater House is the first building on the left hand side.

M62 – from Leeds

• M62 come off at Junction 20, follow the slip road to the roundabout and come off at the first exit, signposted Middleton A627 (M).
• Follow the A627 to the end until it turns into the A663 (Broadway).
• Follow A663 to end over several sets of traffic lights and at the end follow the road that bends to the right, which turns into the A62 Oldham Road.
• Follow this road through several lights towards City Centre. At the T Junction veer left and then stay in right hand lane.
• Turn right into Newton Street and proceed through several lights. At the end of the road veer right at lights and follow through Piccadilly on Portland Street which is the A5103.
• At the junction with Princess St A34 turn left. At the next junction turn right onto Whitworth St and Bridgewater House is 200 yards down on the left hand side.

M66 – From the North

• Join M60 at Junction 4 and follow M62 directions from M60

M56

• Exit at Junction 8 signposted A556 and follow the M6 directions from the A556

M6 – From the South

• M6 come off at junction 19, take A556 to Manchester for around 4 to 5 miles.
• At roundabout with M56 take 3rd exit to join M56 motorway. Take right hand lane to end of motorway and join A5103.
• Carry on over 10 sets of traffic lights at the roundabout go straight across. At the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Whitworth St West.
• At the next junction cross over Oxford St A34 into Whitworth St and Bridgewater House is the first building on the left hand side.
